CascadeHow do I purchase your art? Click on the image of the piece you wish to purchase to see a larger version of it. At the bottom of this larger pop-up image is information about the painting: title, size, media, price and availability. Below “Availability” is a “Buy Now” button. To pay with a credit card, click on this button and follow the step-by-step process. (To pay with a personal check, see the next question and answer.)

What are my payment options? When you click on the “Buy Now” button at the bottom of the larger pop-up image, you will be able to use a credit card to make your payment through PayPal. You do not have to have your own PayPal account. Simply follow the step-by-step process. If you wish to pay with a personal check, contact me at kay@kayhuntstudio.com for the steps to take.

Who pays for shipping and insurance? I pay the initial cost of shipping and insurance when I send the painting to you. If you decide to return the piece, you pay the return shipping and insurance charges.

What if the painting is damaged in shipping? If a painting is damaged when it arrives, contact the shipper immediately and follow their procedures. Also contact me at kay@kayhuntstudio.com to notify me right away.

May I return a painting? Yes, you have 10 days from the receipt of the painting to choose to return it. If you decide the painting isn’t what you want and it is not damaged, you may return it for a full refund less the original shipping costs. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Contact me at kay@kayhuntstudio.com to let me know you want to return the piece.
  2. Repackage appropriately to protect from damage. Use the original shipping materials if they are still available and in good shape.
  3. Insure the package for the amount discussed when you contact me.
  4. Return to me at the address I provide.

Can I commission you to do a painting? Yes, I would be happy to discuss with you any requests for a custom piece. Please contact me at kay@kayhuntstudio.com to pursue this exciting possibility.
